Warning: SPOILERS for Star Trek: Picard Season 3, Episode 8 - "Surrender"The final battle between Dr. Noonien Soong's two android sons, Data and Lore (all Brent Spiner), takes place in Star Trek: Picard season 3, episode 8, "Surrender", as Lore covets several Star Trek: The Next Generation Easter eggs. As Admiral Jean-Luc Picard (Patrick Stewart) fought to take back the USS Titan-A from Captain Vadic (Amanda Plummer), he enlisted the assistance of Commodore Geordi La Forge (LeVar Burton) and the new Soong hybrid, whose consciousness was evenly split between Data and Lore. Desperate for Data's help in taking back the Titan, Picard and Geordi hastened the process of establishing the hybrid's persona by letting Data and Lore fight it out against each other.
Confronting each other inside their shared mind, Data and Lore battled for supremacy over their new body. Data won the battle of wills by surrendering his most treasured memories so that his evil brother became more Data than Lore. Each of the treasured memories that Lore took from Data had significance to the android's Star Trek: The Next Generation story from season 1 to Data's death in Star Trek: Nemesis.
